Seed Germination?

I'm germinating 3 seeds right now, and it's been 24 hours so I checked on them and none of them sprouted, but there is a tiny hole at the end of the seed, and it's white but nothing is sticking out, does that mean it's about to germinate? :weed:

Thanks, I usually don't germinate my seeds, haha. I just plant them as they are, but they take like 2 weeks to sprout.

You're doing something wrong. I've sprouted MJ directly in potting soil for over 30 years. 72 hours is normal. Get a few at 48 hours and a few at 4 days but the vast majority are up looking around in 72 hours. 2 weeks to sprout has not been my experience ever. So I'm thinking you night have a procedural factor coming into play if it takes you 2 weeks to germinate a MJ seedling.

Just an FYI;

If your seeds dont germinate, they wont grow. The method of germination may vary (paper towel, cup of water, straight into soil etc) but all seeds MUST germinate in order to grow.

You mean that you usually germinate your seeds by putting them directly into soil rather than use other methods like paper towels or a cup of water....

How do you wait for a grow to finish if you can't even wait 24 hours for a seed to germinate?
