Seed color difference between TGA varieties?

Hey Sub, big up, your genetics are stellar. My issue is a result of today's research. I went to the dispensary I used to work at, where I convinced them recently to carry TGA genetics, a certain north bay outlet of yours (we had some jack the ripper hash one day, it was amazing. I said "why don't we have their seeds?" They actually listened!). I looked through the recent TGA stock and some of the Vortex beans looked young. I tried to check most of them, a tricky task with the staple on the packaging you use, and many of the vortex were grey and not striped. There were a few striped seeds in each 10 pack. By comparison the Jilly Bean seeds I went with had more tiger stripes, and all the same darker coloration.

I haven't popped any beans since they got Emery, so I'm stoked to test some TGA J-bean with the vegan organics. I'll let you know when the lab has the results :) Any hint at possible THC/CBD percentages? Or hash color/meltyness? There I go... getting ahead of myself.

Because this is a three way I should expect more variation, correct? Is there any crazy pheno I should look for that would be mandatory to re-veg?

I don't know that much about seeds really, but just thought I'd ask and see what's up. Peace

i jus popped 3 querkle seeds 3 days ago. they were the tiniest fuckin seeds ive ever seen and 2 dint have no stripes jus a black speck here and there, but this morning they broke ground and doing swell only thing was i had to help 2 of them git rid of their shells

GT: shells getting stuck on the cotyledon is common for kushes and indicas... according to dj shorts book. i've seen this many times, and this can kill baby plants. pretty red nose bro.

Oh man SUB! i just figured that was you representing TGA at the harvest dance... what a dummy I am! Big up TGA genetics. Can't wait to pop these beans.

Jebus: nice DIY dro set up. the pink stars are a cute touch :)

I haven't read thru the posts yet, but when I first saw my Vortex seeds, I too thought "Awww, these seeds arn't ready" then grew giant yields of amazing smoke off them... when I posted of using vortex i got question like "how were the seeds.." from people, and I realized what they were getting at. From what i've gathered, you didn't get runt seeds (like I thought I did) but in fact the way JTR seeds are all big round and black, Vortex seeds are tiny and unfinished looking with an odd shape. The plants grow fantastic, but their seeds simply look that way. btw never had a vortex not germ (but i've germed only 4)
