i'm interested in a warehouse collective grow. I am having difficulties though with the purpose of the lease when I go to sign. what do you say? anyone have experience leasing a warehouse for a 215 compliant grow in the east bay California? Is there a perfect "purpose" for the warehouse that someone has used in the past? i attempted to secure a unit and they wanted exact purpose, business name, fed tax id, etc., etc.. any advice anyone??
