I like not having the screen as it’s so cumbersome for an old hurt fuck like myself but I’m pretty sure I’ve wasted a lot of space (light) with this run

I’m growing in pro-mix. Temps fluctuate in my room as it’s not air conditioned never higher than 90 and when it does get that high it’s rare and not for long and only in the late summer. I expect temps will be easier to manage in the winter

Im giving you advice to make your plants perform better.

If they were fat and swollen I would agree with you, they are not, they are small and look rather unhappy. I believe that raising your humidity will make your plants grow more.

What makes you think your strain is enjoying this low humidity?

Anyway, at 8 weeks changing these factors wont make a big difference. infuture run higher humidity , they will like it more.

I’m pretty sure my 400 real watts of cheap Chinese leds have more effect on the size of my buds than the 50% humidity which btw has only recently been lowered because the Breeder said it was best during the last few weeks of flowering.

I’m trying to figure out what is going to be my method. 1st grow I did a scrog with 5 plants in a 3x2 with 450w of led.(2x vipar450s) It was so much effort tending to the plants while they were under the screen.

This time I have 5 ILGM gdp’s which I topped once and then put into flower. I am about 6 weeks since flip.

I have 10 nice tops and a few branches have made it to the canopy as well.

I need about 24oz a year for my needs so I’m much more interested in getting the absolute best quality goods I can get during my runs.

I Scrogged my first grow. I’m disabled and found the watering and screen work to be difficult so I tried a simple uncle Ben’s 2 cola grow this time. I agree I had way too much wasted space. Going to either manifold or flux next grow. I think my closet has room for 32 good colas especially in the winter when my environment is easier to control.
