Osmotic stress from flushing in soil maybe? Did you use a diluted nutrient solution, or just straight water? You also don't need to use bloom nutes until after the stretch is over. You should use veg nutes for another week or two.

Should I use the same amount of nutrients that I was using before I flip the lights to 12 and 12

What kind of soil and nutes are you using? I don't know why you would flush before switching to 12/12, but maybe I'm missing something. I also don't let my soil dry out all the way ever. Underwatering can cause issues too, and I want to keep my microbes alive and happy. Another thing is that if you just removed a lot of plant material, it won't need as much nutrients. Hope this helps, and don't worry much, they are hardy plants.

Any run off is always going to be higher then any in-going.

Metering run off is NO WAY to measure anything for soil growing! NOT for pH either!

You did NOT need to "flush" at all.....THAT caused your problems!

Feed as normal and quit over thinking what your doing.

Learn how to grow an African Violet. Once you can get that to bloom, you can grow cannabis stress free (Your stress).

Yes, use the same amount of nutes as you did before the flip, and you cure osmotic stress by waiting it out. Just keep going and watch for signs of nutrient issues. This early after the flip your plant should have time to recover from the stress, preventing it from causing a hermie.
