Seattle Hempfest 09

I'm definitely going to be making an appearance and picking up some bad ass Hemp Gear. But, most off, I want a sick ass Vaporizer. I also have noticed good ones are anywhere from $200-500.

This is my fourth year going, and damn am I excited.

Anybody else gonna be going? :peace:

lol. it's worth it. but I do think there are some pretty, badass, festivals down there in oregon. I heard that because THCF Medical clinic is the main sponsor for the Seattle 09 event. That maybe, 1 million might show up on Sat. 420. Previous years get anywhere from 300-500,000 in 01, when cheech and chong made an appearence along with woody harrelson... that was the bomb, I even snagged a few free joints, that were being tossed from the stage... lol

what you should do is get some seahawks tickets. That is where it;s really at!!!! :peace:

i heard 40-60,000 Washingtonians with THCF Green Cards are going to be coming out of the woods to this years hempfestival 09.

Hempfest is great. Cops all over and ppl still smoking out. U won't get arrested unless you blow the smoke in a cop's face. I think the laid back police attitude is due to the prior police chief, Norm Stamper. You might recognize the name. He's Obama's new Drug czar. He was, and is, pot friendly. One of the few in high places that gets pot isn't evil.

I know about the Drug czar homie from Seattle. We are gonna be giving him tons of props and probably an award for being from our backwoods.

yah, the cop situation is weird, they are freaking everywhere. All over on foot, on horses, boats in the water. The word is: don't try and buy buds, cuz of undercover stings going on. And don't be an asshole and blow it on or around them. Keep your space and blend in.

It's the f'n Jr High kids running around everywhere, that is bothersome. Sometimes the crowd is just a wee bit too young to be smokin and joking at a Super Pro-Pot Rally!

Nothing better then sitting down on stoner beach, off the path, down on the rocks, looking at the beautiful Seattle waterfront and basking in the sun. Wondering how or what your gonna purchase to kill the kottonmouth and those killer munchies.

The Funky Monkey is proud to announce the official Hempfest afterparty Featuring Kicking K8 on August 16th. The show starts at 8pm and is at Station 56 in Tacoma.

Kicking K8 comes from San Diego California. Already in their relatively short time as a band, thay have shared the stage with Disturbed, Shinedown, Staind, Sevendust, and many other big name bands.

Kicking K8 goes on tour July 30th to support their debut album, titled "Score" and will make their way into the northwest for Funky Monkey's Hempfest afterparty August 16th.

im going but p-town is still better, dont be stupid and smoke weed period the cop are there for one reason only to bust weed smokers, dealers and dumbass vendors, you smell like pot and look under the influence you will be searched period end of story, this from my uncle who is pot friendly cop in seattle, these are the orders given to all of the officers that will be there, mm users like myself are safe and free to smoke, although not openly it must be discreet, keep you paper work handy

Really, "cop are there for one reason only to bust weed smokers?? LOL Lot's of paranoid MF on this site today.

They are there for many reasons including crowd and traffic control.

shhiiiitttt dude I'm gonna SMOKE OUT. I don't give a fuck about the police I'm smart enough to not smoke where they'll see/smell it and I always put in rhotos.

Dude, listen to this shizz. Last year, I seriously couldn't believe the amount of smoke lifting off into the air. No discretion needed, as everyone is getting high, everywhere. I saw people. Mad people, seated, not giving a damn about cops and blowing face-Masks right next to vending booths they bought them at. The best way to smoke is to drop off the side of the path, down to stoner beach or anywhere off the road and down on the rocks. At-least you can see the cops, from a bit of a distance as you smoke with pals. Last time the police boats in the water were causing us to panic a bit, as they were only a stones distance away. And the Cops on horses, staring at you as they walk by on the trail and your blazing a fatty. I love getting high around cops. Nowhere else but seattles hempfest i swear! lol.... :weed:

Hey been there, also saw a cop tackle a kid to the ground right next to me who was smoking. So don't be telling these people to smoke openly! You can smoke but be discreet about it. And no the kid was not a minor probably 20,21.
