hey guys its been a minute since i been on here. I have a few grows under my belt and i was wondering what is the way to get a legitimate job in the cannabis industry, im in my mid twenties, i play basketball for a living, but its not earning me crazy money and i feel like my passion is in the garden. im not tied down to anything and i have a bit of world travel experience. Id love to work cultivating a garden and then one day have a shop myself. Also do these fairs and festivals like spannabis double as job fairs?

If you don’t already have a career in cannabis then your wasting your time trying to work for someone. You best bet is to get a loan or credit cards and buy your own equipment. I have over 10 years in this and am glad I got into this on day 1.

Ok thanks for the reply, why would that be wasting my time? And so its best to get a loan and start up my own facility?

Its a really good question you asked, one Iv been thinking about. In Colorado they said there no money in growing anymore. Depends where you live I guess.
I think some where in the processing making concentrates, sourcing, or general administration of a dispensary. Those are things Im looking into.

Federally illegal so you can't bank normally or take out typical business loans and you lose certain types of financial protections as a result.

Cannot tax deduct operating costs for growing plants. It goes on and on.
