go scrog less plants to tend to and about teh same yeild if done right I dont light SOG just cause most of the plant goes to waste on the bottom/sides

i use LST and tie string around the grow shoots, works kinda like scrogHas anyone read this and have any of you grown using this theroy?
Sounds like a great idea but I'd like to hear from people that have tried it....

depends on alot really, you could do a sog but youll need stronger lights to penetrate down and get the most out of your plants, you could always lollipop them too

well i mean all these plants are from my boy and i dont know what they are but i really cannot tell, i've moved my lights around from my last yield, got co2 now but the growth on LST is Crazy! I've Got atleast 4 Canopys on each plant!, my grow shoots are alot thicker now and dense

LST - Acronym for Low-Stress Training, the technique of manipulating the branches in order to reduce plant height, expose certain branches to light, and/or distribute hormones to lower branches of the plant to encourage larger buds.

it alows better air/light to get to the plants and increases the yield to the bottom of the plant also to the top because the energy is not being wasted on popcorn

thought so this is my first grow and i don't know if we gonna make it with 90deg and 80% humidity(ducting brings humidity in)
