yeah the pictures really dont do any justice cause i had about 30 seconds to take pics and its night veg pics. 1500 watts in a 9x4 with 8 strawberry coughs and 4 blueberries. i cannot wait until the whole screen in one huge canopy of colas

shits hard man. look how many tops get above the screen every day. i spend like 45 minutes training branches everyday. i didnt get to today cause i had to work and i took pics tonight, ganna have alot of work to do in the morn.

it looks like the plants/tops are too tall above the screen. after a couple inches they go back under again. what's going on under the screen? any pics?

Billybob,

First of all, it looks great! I have been following your ScrOG closely, and it's looking like you are doing much better than I did. Second, from the way mine went, I think you should stop training them back down. I was very obsessive about keeping a very low profile on all of my shoots, and now it seems like I really screwed my yield. Because the light will not go past the canopy, you won't really have any buds under it. I think an important part of ScrOG is alloqing them to grow out a little bit; that way your colas get to be tall. I constantly trained them down, and now they are all little 2-3" buds. If I had let them go a little bit higher, I could have had some 6" ones. I think you should let them go wild for a bit, and minimize training. Keep up the good work, my friend; and give them a little room to grow!

Just my two cents, but think about it. I really wish we had a ScrOG expert on here. We really are figuring things out as we go.

yeah that was one day of not training the tops got that big above the screen. sleepytown i see what u saying about that but everything ive ever heard is that ur train up to 2 weeks of flowering and then trim everything up underneath. you dont want any buds underneath the screen. they get 0 light and will just take energy away from the top colas. u want bare tree trunks with just top colas, since all the branches are getting equal light. i dunno man my shoots grow about 1-2 inches a day. any other suggestions sleepy? i will try to get some daytime pics here in a few minutes.
