Scrog? pro / con?

im new at this, just want to know what the benefits are, Heres my plants

Do you think it would be a good idea to "Scrog" them?

Scrogging is a method of aiding LST with a chicken wire or tomato gate barrier or similar material.

In addition to keeping the plant low, giving you more room away from your hot hid, if the main stalk is forced to grow in a horizontal position, each node branch will receive the same amount of light as the main top resulting in multiple main colas, not just the top center one.

Scrogging and other forms of LST are methods that intermediate and advanced growers use to maximize a tiny space with the best yield possible.

I don't see why a first time shouldn't LST or scrog, tho. It's not that hard and you are running an hid.
