scrog or lst for my pc stelth grow ?

im doing a pc grow with 3 plants , im hoping for at least 1 fem if not 2 but thats besides the point . would i get a better yeild with some lst or with scrog ? i was thinking that if 2 were female i would lst them from opposite sides coming towards one another ( but 1 toward the back of the case and 1 to the front so they dont overlap too much ) but if only 1 came out female i would do a scrog setup .
any advice ? ideas ?

i will do a grow journal soon with pics once sprouts start if anyone cares .... lol .

what i highlighted in red, does that mean they are in the same pot?


either way i think Lst would be you're best bet but actually... usually you need a somewhat big pot to lst to it has room to pin it down... lol so scratch that.. go scrog with maybe a bit of topping to keep it from getting to big.
