wut are the benefits of scrog growing method over just growing em up and using other things to support them?

fewer plants, better light distribution because you are training each branch to spread out. lots of big colas

you bend the stem as much as the plant will allow you before it snaps....and if it does snap....support it wrap it and leave it alone for a while ....

all true except the big cola part. your buds will be much smaller, but you'll end up with more weed.

get a look at greenmonsters scrog tutorial. it'll clear up any questions you have. with a 400 watt light you can yield 1-1.5 lbs.

If u set the screen above the plant and let it GROW into the screen the pressure from the upward growth will set the plant flat against the screen, u just need to guide the nimble top shoots under the screen at the start...
