SCROG help needed

So like a dummy I used a trellis net with 6" squares as a feable scrog attempt. Any advice on my new DIY scrog. I used some construction snow fence and 3/4" pvc to to make it. My only concern is that now the holes may be to small for the plant to get through it or that it blocks too much light. Any help would greatly be appreciated. I'm a noob and it's my first grow so only constructive criticism please.

I think the openings are too small - I do 3". You already have the pvc frame - just get some mason line and screws and make a better one.

Okay thanks. in the essence of not redoing too much to save money, do you think it would be reasonable to snip out some of the inner pieces to make the holes bigger?

it will cost less than $10 to make it right. get some screws and string.
