scrog help needed

hi there im new to growing got my 120x120x200 tent coming this week gonna be using bio bizz nutes and trying to grow a cheese strain with 400 watt mh for veg/hps for flowering..was just wondering how do i do this scrog ive got a screen to fit the tent but what i want to know is do i L.S.T the plant to get all them extra buds or just leave the plant to grow normally through the sreen to prduce more buds help be appreciated thank you

You physically train them into the holes.

I lst then throw on the screen....others do different....to each his own.

oh right i think i get it now then and yeah was going to lst but ive got 6 swiss cheese seeds so might just leave nd train em into holes for sog
