Scrog height help needed

I have about 45cm from my screen to 600w hps bulb. How much stretch can I expect?

In regards to flowering, its 1.5 - 2 weeks since I changed lights to 12/12 (cant remember date exactly) and about three days ago I started feeding aqua flores. There are pistles showing entry to flowering which I noticed 3-4 days ago and the stems are beginning to harden up.

Its my first scrog, didnt go perfect but I hope for fab results still. I put screen on late and spent two months in veg stage.

My screen looks ok, a little uneven but over all I'm happy with it. I just hope the yield I get is worth all the extra effort involved.

Roots grew big and started to block the hole which allows water back to the res. I have three plants, RP OG Kush, BF Tangerine Dream & GH Super Lemon Haze. RP Covers most this screen, BF covers about 1/4 and the SLH I might have around 10 bud sites for. SLH is beaut so im not too happy about that, but it seemed like quite weak from the start, and it felt the nutes negatively more so that the other two strains who behaved all the way through really. Since noticing leaf & growth issues with the SLH I have fed strictly half nutes, they all seem to be doing well now. I am going to keep my nutes at about half strengh, which resulted in ec of 0.5 though I may raise this to 0.7 in a week or so, and will keep my PH between about 5.5 & 6

Generally you can expect your plants to double in height once you flip your lights. Hazes will stretch a bit more..and some will keep stretching and never finish indoors. I don't think you'll have too much trouble with the SLH, I've seen a few indoor grows with it. You might might have to fight her a little and she should finish after your other plants.

Stretch is not all that important with a scrog if you are doing it right. You are supposed to keep pulling it back under the screen until about 2-3 weeks into flowering which is about when the stretch is done anyway.

My haze is tied in to the same screen but not much of it is shown on the pics uploaded. I counted 17-18 bud sites of the haze, but so far im not expecting fantastic results from it. The leaves are bending under and inside themselves a bit, and it has no smell whatsoever. Any suggestions?

I don't think either of the other two have much stretch left now. I was training it every 2-4 days depending on my cant be arsed gene. It's been two days since I last did it and there has been a little change in height but most by way of increased pistil numbers and size increase in leaves, to the point where it is blocking light from reaching other bud sites. I took the odd leaf off but didn't want to go crazy and cause a hermi to arise, I'm also unsure if now would be a more detrimental time to trim as its leaving/just about left the veg stage?

I am still a little concerned with proximity to light, and wondered how much I should expect them all to rise from now to harvest?

For an Indica I would agree, hazes can stretch longer.
I'm not sure what phenotype this particular plant is at the mo, hope it catches up soon though.

Wow nice man, Cant wait to start seeing more flowering going on. Keep up the awesome work.
Thanks dude, I'm looking forward to it myself. I hope the screen is even and full enough, soon find out

New growth of the haze is showing an improvement from that mentioned above.

Still require answer re trimming now they are all starting to flower I don't know if I should hold off completely or not- specifically around fan leaves blocking light to some bud sites.

Not so concerned re height as its not got much higher if at all in these last few days and I can't really do much about it anyway.

Instead I now concern myself with a slightly uneven canopy. Will this prove a minor set back or could I suffer a lot from this?...There is evenness in the screen but it's in sections rather than up down on every bud site, so I have a row of bud sites which are all even but on a different part of the screen they are even at a different height. That is the general feel I think anyway.

Answers/feedback is much appreciated!
Cheers

A week or so since started to see signs of flowering. In most of these pictures I have tried to capture the difference in height of the bud sites. They have grown slightly since last post on this thread, im hoping they dont get much higher!?

Still to get answers on other questions. Help me guys!!!!

Hows it coming man? In the setup I'm planning I have a similar distance from my light to my screen, just curious as to how this one turns out for you. Canopy looked good in the last pics. How far are they from the light now, do you have any heat/burning issues?

Looks great! I don't think you will have to worry too much about your canopy, no matter what you will get some light penetration with it being so close to the tops. if some of the more sativa dominant strains stretch out huge, just bend or "Super Crop" them over and they will keep flowering that way
