Screw in leds?

I found these on htg supply, i was wondering if anyone had tried these particular leds. they look like they have potential for small stealth grows

I would personally rather go with the cree bulbs from home depot.

Im growing two ganja dwarf autos. Ive been a little worried about their development as buds are looking small but some hairs are beginning to turn color. the one i showed is further along and showed sex day 21 (keep in mind its an auto) and its now roughly day 55 and this is all ive got. Any assurances or advice would be greatly appreciated!
