Ok so I cut my girls down and hung them out to dry they've been there for 9 days the buds seem dry but there's still bend in the branches my question is it normal for them to have lost there pungent smell they had when I was trimming? To be honest they smell like shit even when I break a bud open there's still only a faint smell I'm worried I've done something wrong and fucked them up can anyone give me some advise pleeeeeeease

No its normal.
Before you cut them they look and smell amazing.
Then it all goes to shit for a while.
Stick to your plan it will work out.
If you have specific questions you will get more direct answers.

If the buds seem dry maybe you should jar them and start the burping process a couple of times a day.

You're ok. Once you jar and cure the flavors will develop. Might take a couple weeks, might take a couple months. For me it's mostly got the full flavors around 4 weeks in the jar.
