its extremely accurate brand new and really nice
how much would it be worth?

i was walking down the street and i "found" this brand new triple beam balance scale that is perfectly calibrated for any of your weighing necessities

Back when i was in highschool, the kids used to do this too.

Find digital scales and triple beams all over the damn place.

like they were growing on a bushel or something.

mostly "found them" in the science lab.

stealing is gross btw.

digis are easier but triple beams are classic and reliable and will last forever if you treat it well

Yea...I dont think anyone would use it for weighing herb, just seems like a hassle. Id e-bay it but thats just me.

If the triple beams are Ohaus brand & they come with the 3 peice weight set they are worth right around $110 brand new but can be bought off ebay for less,there are several other brands of triple beams but Ohaus is the industry standard.

Ive had mine over 30 years & only once had to calibrate them.

You'd be suprised at how many people rely on triple beams for an accurate weight,large weights are always double checked on triple or quad beams.

DEFINETLY worth an 1/8

It is really a hassle for weighing what he'll be weighing though... maybe a counter offer of 2.7!

Move one weight to the desired amount then fill the tray until the arrow meets the line.

Wheh,i can see a guy gettin blew out from all that work

ive always wanted a triple beam balance

it just seems mechanically sound

unlike something that needs batteries...

though i have a t3 triton my-weigh 300 gram digi scale, i wish i had a triple beam.
