Is it illegal to have a digital scale in your possession (eg. in your car), when you are traveling back from the dispensary to your dwelling?

No, it is not illegal. But if you get pulled over with a ton of tiny baggies and a large amount of bud it definitely wont help your case.

It is not technically illegal to carry a scale, but I would advise against it. If you did happen to get pulled over, depending on the cop, you could get hit with intent to distribute charges.

Thanks for the quick replies, do you think intent to distribute charges would hold in court? The reason I ask is because I want to double check that everything is in order, and to weigh out grams separately per each medication session.

Keep it at home and do that at home. You're definitely allowed to keep a scale with your med supply. Hell, legally I am required to have scale to document the yield of each harvest as well as my consumption. Don't prepackage into dine bags though. Use a weekly pill container if need be.

Dont diabetics or health nuts use scales to weigh meal portions? But i agree to be on the safe side and leave it at home.
