Thanks everyone, i am still learning all the led jargon and all that, but getting the hang of it, i do see that the f series leds of samsung are actually better or not better but gives more lumens for you buck but higher heat as i get it. Thanks

How many strips and what is each one running at.
Good info to post. Looking nice..
First is 8 strips on an HLG 240H-24B, so 1.25 amps to the each strip.
Second is 9 strips per HLG 240H-24B So 1.1 amps to each strip.
Both ran at full bore with 268 watts pull from the drivers.

You should disconnect 1 strip from the second build to get a more accurate comparison. The strips will always run cooler at lower current.

Excuse me, both are 8 strip lights but that's my fault as I have change all my set-ups to 9 strips per 36" long frames. 9 strip builds all have a strip centered under the driver so when the lights come on tonight i will get you corrected numbers.

I did a custom light with the L06 so i got a few extra to play with.Having 88 per strip and only being 25mm means you can put them inside some nice led profiles which can do 30-40w. Also you can put 2 on a 2" heatsink. 176 lm301b leds per heatsink. I believe this is a better format than the 128 L09 led strips as its a lower system cost.

Really nice with the profiles, people will be happy with the covers especially in humid grow rooms.
