same 2 plants one has fluffy buds the other normal

hello,i have 2 sativa black sumba plants going into 16 weeks, the one is looking great, nice tight buds,the other...well alot of buds but they are really loose and not resin at all yet.they are in a tent with all the nutes they need and a 1000 watt hps light on 12/12 with 70 degree temps.

[/IMG] as you can see the one is tight and the other fluffy.i am feeding the one thats doing good only ph balanced water and molasses at this point as i am week out for harvest on her,but man the other one i dont know what to do.i am still feeding her blooming nutes and molasses buy i am wondering if it will even be worth the smoke.i got to tell you though i am new to sativa so a little thrown off by this grow.

Different phenos. Hope hope you kept the clones marked from which plant they came from. Ive heard of this from a couple guys with long ass sativas that the phenos can be night and day. Or the seed company just tossed in some old landrace crap for one and what you wanted for the other one. What was the breeder and seed company just outta curiosity?

Speaking of that

I got barney's pineapple chunk every time I pop one it has white mite looking things with it and seedlings die two days later..

I'm suspecting the ars holes did something wrong or probably that's why they are classed as souvenir lmao

no, they are both fried, you cooked them with too many nutrients.

The trick is less nukey nukey and more watchey watchey.

I use random nutes but started half dose then watched the plants as you increase the dose...
when you see her pray pray take note of what you put in and boom all is green and well.
I just did this as my first plant ever that I never defoliated and nutes are dialed in

Thats week three on Friday..
The best I have ever grown so far by health and bud size

What are the freebies Nirvana gives out? They look like some lanky, unruly, stretching sativa.

Dex ive never seen a seed just die after sprouting unless some grower error was involved. I appreciate your frustration but once that new life hits the light, if conditions are right it will thrive. Are they damping off maybe?

Nope lol its crazy I did two chunks as they sprouted I had mites while they are still in a dome under 200 cfl.
My temps are optimal or for all the other plants I have grown, anyway so I threw them because if insects in soil and all over em.

I put different soil one humbolts gift one chunk humbolts gift by day three popped and was ready to get out of the dome but chunk had white insects again and flopped this time.

So yesterday I got some peat pellets I have been popping all my seeds in an electric dome that doesn't go above I think it's 30c.

But I had allot of house decorating so I will pop what chunk I have left and see what happens.

Hopefully I'm wrong and it's just picky but all other plants have had no issues with even herbies afghani crap lol

I dont know what you got but the beans i got from them were some 16 week finnishers with enormous buds that had super low potency. Wasnt sooooo happy about that. They were good for pictures at least...ya thats an 18 pack of beer. Those were grown in five gallon pots of soil.

Is the smoke worth waiting the 16 weeks? Should I abort them? They are at day 45 from flip.

Wait it out. Those were supposed to be ice plants, not freebies. They didnt look like any ice i saw on the web. :roll:

They looked to me like some snicklefritz, or some mexican sativa. I cut the long tendrils off the top of that bud for the pics so it looked a little nicer.
