I have 2 seedling with 13w lighting on inside a cabinet my tv stand has can this catch fire or should I turn it off at night i'm a first time grower .

get a timer run it 18 hours on 6 hours off get a cheap cfl bulb around 125 watt for like 4 us and get a little fan to blow on the babys to build up the stem and cool them off and should be just fine should look into installing a intake and exit fan for the back of it also post pics that will help me help you lol

I'm only using it for night time only cause I have it out side during the day in direct sunlight I move it around to make sure it gets direct sunlight

thats great the sun light helps alot also put it out some times when there is a full moon that helps too
