safe way to get good seed stock?

well i was wondering is it safe to buy over the net? and what are the best
sites to get them. the posability of a road trip to canada for seed stock seem
extreme but will do if i hafe to. A little info would be helpful.

Its illegal to have seeds sent here and u assume all risk. But its say i promise. At worst you might be out of what u sent if customs gets it. But i believe they will replace what was lost. But honestly when was its sent its just says gift on the customs label. I r dont work for them but i can say from experience that i'm gonna keep ordering from them(Cannabis Seeds | Marijuana Seeds) because they responded well to my email questions and i got my shit in like 8-10 days. Definitly pay for the registered mail cause that way they know that u got it to. It relatively safe just don't get them sent to where u gonna grow. But other than that u can use a credit or check card visa or master card get registered shipping and ull get ur shit in about 10 days.
