Is it safe to get seeds shipped to the USA. And if so what are the best sites. Also does anyone know a good site to get feminized seeds?

I ordered from Nirvana, in Canada and got them in 5 days. I order feminized PPP and some White Widow. Germinated 5 of them, all 5 are now growing beautifully, in 2nd week of flower.
I will order form Nirvana again.

is dr chronic as safe as nirvana, Nirvana says they dont have any feminized seeds. Where is the next best place to get them
