safe to change position of plant in waterfarm?

wondering if its safe to move already vegging plant in waterfarm systm.Has pretty big root system but hasnt hit res yet.originally had two goin right under drip ring, one didnt take so id like to move the remaining one closer to the middle of the circle so the roots have to search for water.has neone ever tried? also y i was at it i was thinking about manually placing the end of roots thru the drilled out holes....is this advisable or should i just let it make its own way down there?

also whats the best way to clean the salt buildup outta the system?

Dont mess with it. let it do it on its own.

You can clean out salt buildup by topfeeding with plain water. Dont waste money on clearex and similar products.

You just learned why its not advisable to put two plants in one pot!!!!
