Where is it safe to buy seeds online right now. Last I heard Canada was hot and the U.K was cool.

i have used herbies seed bank and have gotten my order 100% of the time. I always use the super stealth option though

There are a number of sites that are safe to buy seeds, most of the problems I've seen are from customs confiscating them, I personally purchased from Single Seed with no problems, of course it's best to use their stealth shipping, well worth the extra price.
