Its not the total answer but the left needs better marketing... the right comes up with a bumper sticker slogan and a talking point meme with a false dichotomy or false equivelency stance and the left writes a position paper! I say we continue to write position papers but also market simplified but strong messages for bumper stickers, memes, etc..
We also cant forget to contunue to market our gains or folks get apathetic of their existence and sometimes turn against those brought them the gain because we dont remind and market as well.
Once in power we need to seriuosly up the education level and intensity and make sure logic and critical thinking skills are as taught as reading and writing...
the hard part for the progressive is its biologically harder to sell hope and reason than it is to sell fear... the fear part of our brain evolved millenia before reasoning so the fear that the right uses to motivate folks is simply a more easily focused than hope and reason...
Its a never ending fight for progressives, if it wasnt worldwide society would have shed itself of many social ills forever ago...we must fight knowing the headwinds are and always have been against progress, peace, and love of fellow human.
