That honestly looks like maybe a couple drops of nutrient solution or water got hung up on the leaf and burned some in the lights, looks more mechanical than deficiency.

If it does progress then look towards a Mag and correct with Epsom.

That plant looks really nice and healthy, great leaves! What strain is that?

It’s seeds from my Apple Betty I grew outdoor last season got 10-15 seeds so I dropped 5. She’s a cross between Chen dogs sis x chocolate diesel x and sour apple og. Sweet I’ll let her go it more then likely came from my shirt ass humidifier spitting water I have a new one one the way.
 
Ignore it … if it becomes a systemic ( plant wide ) issue then that would be different.
Besides , it’s on one of plant’s early leaf set ( lower ) those become expendable over time.
