I'm actually kind of sickened at how deep Russian/Islamist propaganda has become so widely accepted by some people on the Left. I expect shit like that from right wingers (No surprise here that Trump and Putin are would-be besties), but to see that people on the left, who are supposed to care about human rights, could support regimes like Russia and Iran and North Korea and trust the propaganda that comes out of them, simply because it fits some crazy anti-colonialism narrative that they have become so obsessed with advancing, is disgusting to me.

What are you talking about? What Russian/Islamist propaganda are being widely accepted by those on the left?
The only ones I'm hearing about that are apathetic to Russian human rights violations are Trump supporters who by their very nature love them some dictatorships, they even want one here. Where do you see any liberals with serious credential supporting North Korea?
Russia and Iran are necessary allies in the fight against ISIS. After all, they are border states to areas infected by ISIS whereas the US is not. But that doesn't translate to "supporting" either Russian belligerance against Ukraine or paramilitary beat downs on Iranians.
So, what is it that is disgusting you? specifically?

It is odd how easily Russian counter intelligence has been able to manipulate media stories during this election cycle. I'm not sure that it has any real effect on the election. The Donald has ensured that nobody but himself will be responsible for his loss.

Sorry, widely wasn't the best word choice. As a matter of fact "widely accepted by some people" is a bit nonsensical, "wholesale accepted by a small group of people" is more precise and is closer to what I was trying to say. There is a small, but vocal, segment of the far left that I see regurgitating all that propaganda (e.g. BDS and others). You will also find that, on the left, there are a surprising number of Putin/Assad/Khomenei apologists. It's the same segment that you could term "The anti-Semitic Left".
