Runoff from rockwool is 7.2

my runoff water from my 6x6 cubes is 7.2,how can i lower it so my plants dont look so sick and die?

You can't now.

Next time soak the rockwool first in ph'd water for a day.

i soaked the in 5.5 for 30min at first,my nutrient is 6.0,and the runoff from my cubes are from 7.0 - 6.7,so what to do now,water again? will that flush them to the right ph that i should have at runoff?
