Running out of room, last week of flower stretch

So I’ve dealt with a lot of things over the course of the last year but this issue is def taking the cake. I have one more week of flower stretch and I’m running out of room. Does anyone know of a way to slow the stretch that won’t also slow the production of bud sites? I lollipopped these ladies and did a heavy defoliation at flip, lollipopped them again after the first week and defoliated. Just wrapping up day 15 today and probably did even more defoliation than I did just a week ago. They show no signs of light stress even with some of the tops just inches away from the fc8000 mars hydro dialed to 10. Nutrition is on point and all ladies are super healthy and thriving, a little to much lol

With the amount of action these girls have seen during the initial flower stretch I’m sure there will be some bud production harm. But my intent behind all of the extra defoliation and lollipoping was to try and slow them down. Instead they bounced back with a vengeance each time and exploded with growth. If I turn the light down I think they will just be stretching even more in search of the light they were already getting. If that’s not the case please let me know or anything else you might think would help in slowing there last week down. I’ll include pictures below of what I’m dealing with. I can and will be hanging the light higher after this week, just don’t want to do it now. It’s maybe another 12 inches and after that I have no where to go. They were kept in veg for two almost three weeks longer than I would typically go but the last run went two weeks longer than anticipated.

Train them. Hopefully it's not too late. If they still bendable u can pull em down or to the side away from ceiling. Or trelis them down.

Bend the stalks needing clearance, bend them over and break it gently or bend it till it snaps, not break right off, if you just bend it it’s back into the light the next day.
