Running Co2 in steamy tent NEED HELP!

I am currently running my co2 setup for the first time in a 4x4x6 tent with 400watt hps with 6" fan running opposite of co2 regulator. i am feeding them co2 every 15 mins ever begining of the hour for 2 hours then venting the room for 2 hours and so on till the lights go off. My problem is that when i go into the tent an hour after the co2 has gone off its all moist and wet on the walls and i am noticing some PM is this moist to much? how am i suppose to run the co2 with the fan off with out getting it steamy besides a humidifier

u need a controller itll make all the diference in the world.
