run off ph is much higher than when it went in

question . what would make my water Ph higher.when i tested it right be4 and tested the run-off right after i fed the girls.. im starting my second week of 12/12. they are looking healthy. tested ph 5.5 right be4 feeding and ph 6.5 on the run off? normal feeding canna a/b calimagic, cannaboost. thanks

Higher than when it went in so less acidic? Absence of Nitrogen for one thing but you can't gauge anything from run-off unless it is really out of whack. What you described is what I normally seen when I tried to test run-off. But your goal is less acidic on the run off technically you don't wanna be leaving the soil more acidic. Your plants look healthy just don't over nurture

i just dont have a ph tester. i use the gh. test but a friend was over and i borrowed his ,and , i had just fed it and was thinking it should be the same as when it put it in .? if its run off.? right ?
