no, they haven't changed, the selling or trading of any form of cannabis or seeds is strictly prohibited by the site..

Ok thanx for the clarification. So some other questions: If thats the case then what about the seed company reps and breeders that are on here promoting their gear? How would a person who has seeds they wish to sell or shit even give away, go about getting permission to do so. I personally would like to give some seeds away but I'm not breaking the rules to do so.

as far as i'm aware, no breeders are allowed to give away free gear on this site...
there are a few breeders on here that talk about their gear and where to get it, but like i said, you can't get it through rollitup.org, but rather more then likely, one of our site sponsors like sea of seeds or herbies head shop..

Quit stirring up the pot. If you seen something that shouldnt have happened but did keep it to yourself. Now you want to keep bringing that shit up like seeing another get repercussions will somehow benefit you.

promoting is one thing imo.. the big reason i'd think that the site doesn't allow any trading or selling of drugs of any kind on here is simple.. it would lead to an arrest of the site owner for running a drug ring, or conspiracy if nothing more..
people can get away with promoting sales simply for the fact that those sales aren't being conducted on this site, therefore it can't be directly linked with riu.. the people doing the selling, ie, the seedbanks, would be the ones putting themselves at risk imo..

Ok thats pretty much what I thought. I understand fully, I was on Overgrow from the begining (I was their first, "grower of the month") I know what happened. It just seemed like the breeders were bending rather than breaking the rules.

and btw, the reason i locked that other thread and left this one open was for the fact that the other poster was asking for trades, and imo, it simply seemed like you were asking for a explanation of the rules and not an out and out violation of them like the other poster, so i left this one open..
