RQS sour diesel, hazeberry and BC BUD DEPOT GSC

And I'm back , first grow sucked so I did my home work , talked to some experienced people, and I'm back at it and I want you to let me know what you think , suggestions , they are 30 days old from ......I'll post all the pics I have up to date, I'm rocking 4 cfls 6500k 23 watt (100 watt equivent) started in some walmart soil (yikes) they ended up getting through it with no problems, they are in "5 gallon" spring pots with happy frog soil and perlite 60/40, I've been feeding her dyna grow at first because it was given to me for free , they liked it now I added general hydroponics bio thrive grow and roots excelurator and everything has been good except the cookies is showing deficiency a bit it shows in the pic... Add cal mag???? I'm about to lol, I'm open to any suggestions let me know what I can do better

My haze berry has stunted growth ....it's clearly not keeping up with the other 2 , yet looks healthy 2 me
