With your coco flush with warm water a few times, then ph a bucket of water with calmag and flush the coco with that.... and go!

Feed a full dose of calmag with every feeding

i did flush with water a few times and then with nutes but i was baked and may have under done/forgot the cal/mag lol. dementia here i come!

All good dude there at my mates place now talked him into using my gear and running them indoors. i took pics but dropped my fone in the nute bucket before i left and it's dead lol. he'll email me some tomorrow hopefully
