Rotate plants in pots... Good or Bad???

Curious what everyone thinks about this? I have a few plants in pots and I have just started to turn them 180 degrees everyday to maximize light exposure to the whole plant. Seems like a good idea but I want to get everyones feedback. Would this cause any additional stress on the plant?

Yeah man that's a good idea, I've noticed if the lights only hitting one side your plant may bend more toward the light.

Plus it won't hurt your plants, spinning them around aint gonna stress them one bit.

Yeah its ok but if your in LST then maybe not. Your bending the stem to get light to the side branches so no need to turn them everyday.

Yeah, was thinking the same thing. But the back of the plant was not looking as healthy as the front so I will try it and see how it goes. I am doing some LST on them.
