ROT - hydrogen peroxide?

how would i give my girl some hydrogen peroxide?

I wasn't too sure the base of my plant was rotting or not but these past two days have surely shown it is.
Today the plant is clearly unbalanced and I wouldn't say it will last a week or two..

anyone know a few things about my troubles?

If the base of the stem starts to darken and then gets mushy, she's prolly a goner. That's some kind of fungus, called damping off. Some H2O2 will help if done soon and often enough.

Yes, add 1ml per litre of reservoir volume of 50% (horticultural grade) H2O2 every 3-4 days. If you can only get 3% pharmacy grade H2O2, use 17ml/litre.
