i have roots comin out the bottom of my pots is this a problem?

but i only have a small tent if i transplant wont the out grow my tent? my tent is 80/80/120 and my tallest plant is about 60

You could let it get root bound and ruin the plant or you could transplant and top the plant to control the height.
