rooting ?

ok this is the product I have,,I also have prepared female cuttings,,on the label,it says,dip in liquid,stick it into suitable medium of peat moss vermiculite perlite sand,etc. i have soil,perlite and vermiculite,can I put it into a mix of the three where it will take root and veg for a while,,or do I do it solely in ONE of the aforementioned items,,not even finished my first grow ,,workin on the next LOL,advice apreciated ,,thxs in advance
