Rooting Hormone Question

I was wonderin', if I have a clone that has already rooted some in a bubble cloner, and I move it to soil, can I put more rooting hormone on it? Will this help it grow more roots faster or is the hormone for the initial formation of roots from the stem? Can the hormone burn the plant like nutes can? or negatively effect it in any way?

I haven't heard of anyone doing this. I wouldn't bother since it already has roots.

Usually I do, I just don't have much time to let the roots form more in the bub-cloner, so I want to get them in soil ASAP.
