rooting clones

so I just cut 5 clones from my afgan mother how high above the dome should I keep my light I have a 23 watt cfl for rooting can add another if needed
 
if its at least 60 degrees inside . I say put the light 6 inches away. they don't need a lot of light . if its colder put the light closer, can do the same as vegging. thare not picky
