Would this be okay to use as a root stimulator after transplanting?

I can't find Superthrive around where I live, and have only been able to get my hands on this.

do you have a 'Yeager's Hardware' store
around you? I do.. they have all kinds of
good growing supplies. From cloning solutions; little mini green houses; all the
way to Moisture Meters.. they have alot
of things you wouldn't think they would have
really.. when you think about it.

I dont have one of those near me. Like I said, I've looked for alternatives, but this is all I can find. Do you think it will work?

I'm hoping to transplant today, so help is appreciated.

Just an FYI, Wal-Mart carries Superthrive now.
