i was wondering if i could help my seeds by adding a little root stimulator (green light) to the water im soaking in and or if it sprouts can i add root stimulator

I dont really see a need for it especially if your concerned with messing it up. Leave well enough alone and let them sprout on their own.

i got the seed in a dixie cup right now and im gonna move it to a outdoor plot i have

i got about 3 in cups that havent sprouted yet and i got some little seedlings as well

if sprouted then yes if not then just water but they should be fine w/o the stimulator
