Root Rot

i have a question what does root or should i say if im right....stem rott.. in clones look like?

i have a few clones in a ezcloner that didnt take and the bottom of the stem looks real brown, is that rott? can i cut above the briowm were it is green and start to clone again?is there any way to get rid of the rott or to prevent it?

yes you can i do it and it works 80% of the time.
