Root Rot??? Nute Burn???

I just dont know what it is. The roots on the near the top are starting to become dark/brownish and the leaves have developed some 'rust' spots on them with some blades becoming dried out. Im thinking I have root rot and either calcium or boron deficiency. Im using an aerogarden to grow with a little very little superthrive. Ive changed the water twice in in the res. and nothing has happened, for the good anyways...Anyone have any ideas or suggestions

are the roots getting light? if they are thats why there brown. and definitly not a calcium def.

I guess they would get a little when I change the water or whenever I add some water to the resevoir...

r k yer thats not to much light i meant if its like got light on them if u use a clear bucket for the res holes in the lid etc. i wouldnt know other than that sorry.

Theyre coming on 2 weeks now. They seem to be getting worse

Looks like ph spotting. Your ph is probably fluctuating from too high then too low. This is why they look like they have a few different issues at the same time.
