Root rot in advanced flower stage

Hi All. I have a bit of a root rot issue with this little one. It only popped up in the last few days when her pot started flooding and I needed to fix the blockage. As a result I found that a lot of the roots have become rotten due to standing water in the pot and the brown fungus was oozing from the bottom of the pot – I can’t see how far it has been affected as she is pretty heavy and I can’t lift the pot out. So far I have only given it a good flush for a day with a new res (thoroughly bleached clean all pumps etc), PH’d to 5.8 with a higher level of H2O2 added. Initially the flush started with a run off of water at around 800ppm, when finished it had a run off of about 80ppm – my filtered town water starts at about 40ppm.

As you can see from the pics she is well on her way into the flower period, I was planning on pulling her in a few weeks pending the trich’s progress however new bud growth just keeps coming on every day and I would hate to lose such yield. You probably can't see from the resized macro pics, but the trich's are not quite clouding yet and the hairs generally are only about 30-50% brown – on the larger colas they are mostly white.

So my questions… What should I do? Should I start a more intensive root salvage op? Go the chop sooner and save what I can? Continue on as if nothing is wrong with a H2O2 flush every few days?

She is currently running the new res with a lower ppm (900ppm down from 1300) and she is sucking up the nutes still as my ppm has been slowly dropping today (smaller 70L res).
Water schedule is 15 mins on, 45 off and two 15 minute waters during night phase. Growing in a 70 litre pot with hydroton. If there is anything I have missed just let me know, I didn’t think it was worth giving the whole setup info straight up. I have many more pics if needed.

And thanks in advance people – I owe this little girl to everyone on here.

I'd try SM-90 if you have a few bucks to spare. It worked wonders at solving my root rot problems when I thought there would be no hope for salvation. I also tried hygrozyme and would probably NOT recommend it. Don't know if it was just my luck but it seems that when it breaks down roots all that organic material is just a playground for bad bacteria. SM-90 does make your pH more alkaline but adjusting for that it's great.

Thanks for the input. Can anyone tell me if using SM-90 or other similar root promoting products so far into the flower stage will have any negative effects? Will it halt bud production? If so could this increase my chances of getting bud rot? I am keeping my flower room at 25 degrees c @ 45% humidity at the moment, should I further reduce humidity in the room?

Is it even worth trying to rectify the root system this far into flower?

Well I'm using a root promoter now, plant has not got any worse but is there any point doing this? If there is a lot of roots rotted I would assume there would be a lot of nasty stuff still circulating which would consume any new root growth anyway. Should I try a clean out with physan or similar first and then try rooting?

Anyone try this?

Awe subcool.. I love your strains man, but I got bad news. The humidity in my growroom shot up to 71% for 3 days right after I gave my plants a large watering and a week later they all had root rot! This is my first time ever running into this shit. Im going to quit growing marijuana for a while. I used to grow in Idaho, and all my crops never had 1 spec of mould or rot ever. Now I live a mile from the ocean and the humidity is basically the icing on the cake. Ive faced multiple problems in all my previous grows while ive been down here. In fact im going to quit smoking for a while. I told myself before this grow if I dont pull more than 15 zips of the dank off my plants im just gonna quit. This grow I yeilded about 10-12 ounces of barely smokable weed. If my plants didnt get rotten I can tell that these would have been over 30 ounces! Your genetics are great sub, Im sorry I cant contribute any amazing budshots. But I do highly recommend these strains to any indoor grower who has a good setup. All the phenotypes are really dank and unique, and the plants flower faster than any plants ive ever grown. However, I dont recomend the space bomb, plushberry, agent orange for anyone whos had mold or rot problems in the past. I know an outdoor grower who wouldnt take the clones I had because he said they got rotten way easier than his strains he uses.Im sure tga has some kinda strain that works well for outdoors. As far as potential for quality id say TGA are the best seeds ive ever grown. Even harvested at 4 1/2 weeks I got over 10 zips from 4 plants with only a 1 month veg time and it still gets me pretty high. I really want to try some perfectly grown TGA buds >:(
Ugh, this was such an upset for me. I thought my garden was finally looking fat and healthy for the first time since moving here. Up untill 4 weeks of flowering i had no problems. Then it got foggy outside for 2 whole days out of nowhere. My humidity skyrocketed from 45-50% up to 71%. And I just had a feeling I was getting fucked over as soon as I read 71% on my meter. Then 1 week later what do you know... Ive had some bad luck! Sry I fail again, and sorry to let the cannabis community down but im done with this shit for a while, its giving me bad omens.(being a stoner all together). Im seriously starting to believe in luck and karma and fate. Its odd, I remember starting this grow saying "as long as it doesnt get really humid during the middle of flowering I should be fine.Deep down I knew this would happen. And it did! Literally the only thing that could go wrong went wrong! I literally feel like if I spent 8k on a growroom and had everything 100% ideal as possible, the power would probly just get turned off for 2 days.
Anyways, I could probably continue to grow and use more preventative measures for mold. Like adding perlite and using a more drainy soil. But I personally would rather just quit than grow in a growspace that is so susceptible to humidity swings. ugh, sorry for rambling im just upset that I cant show off any killer dank ONCE AGAIN!
