Root Rot I Think?

My roots are light brown in colour and the growth has been stunted of my plant.

I have been told to water less to try fix the roots also I could add something like root juice but the plant has just started flower can i add root juice at this stage or is there any other suggestions that anyone has?

Also another question my plant has been quite stressed due to bad condition through veg do you think this will affect my overall yield at the end?
