Root above ground?

I have a possible problem, one of my plants sprouted and a good portion of the root is above ground still. its looking like its just not making it down into the rock wool. I have posted a picture. what should I do if anything? Should I be worried?

IMHO I would be inclined to pull it out very gently and then make a deeper hole with a pencil & replant.
But that's just me.

Well my AG is very good about the root growing up and the green side down. I just pull it out and flip it the right way. I dont do the faggy rock wool stuff.

well what do you use then? I just use the stuff it came with, is that not rock wool, or am I retarded. oh and if you can see the picture, green side is up its just up too high.
