Room too hot after moving ac

Hello everyone. I am new to the forum and am having trouble with my temperature right now. I had my ac on top of a chest (shown in picture) and the room stayed at 79 max temp and 65 low temp. I had to rearrange that part of the room because i could not access 1 of the plants. Now i have the ac on a rack with the water res on the bottom. (2nd picture) noe that the ac is higher up it os keeping the room at 84 and it is causeing the rh to drop drastically.
The ac unit is 10,000 btu, the room is 5ft wide by 8 foot long with 8 foot ceiling using a titan 5 led, 4x4 drip and drain tray.

I have lowered about a foot and still same problem. Once i get off of work today ill have to take the rack out and move the shelves around again so that maybe i can get the water reservoir and the ac side by side. Its the only space i have to put it all. What makes it worst is im on day 15 of flower.
